South Iceland is the setting for one of Iceland’s most beloved sagas: Njal’s Saga. Centuries later, the
women of Hvölsvellir decided to tell the saga through the sewing of a tapestry. Join us on Wednesday,
January 10th for a talk with Claudia Pétursson to learn the story behind the tapestries (there are 2), plans
for displaying them, and how you can become involved!
